Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of bowlerkit.com and the BowlerKit CLI and mobile templates. By purchasing a license or accessing the site, you agree to them.

Last updated: August 25, 2026

The service

BowlerKit (“BowlerKit”) is a CLI tool and set of mobile app templates — Expo and Flutter — operated by SoewidiPutra (“we”, “us”). It helps you scaffold production-ready mobile apps with auth, payments, ads, and backend integrations built in.

BowlerKit uses AI-assisted workflows during project generation. AI-generated output can be wrong — treat every generated file as a starting point that a human reviews before shipping to production. No generated output is legal, financial, or security advice.

License and purchases

Your BowlerKit license key grants you the right to generate projects with the CLI for the plan you purchased (Founder or Studio). Founder covers one developer seat; Studio covers up to five developer seats within a single organization. Both plans allow generating unlimited apps for yourself or for clients. You may not resell, sublicense, or publicly redistribute the templates, CLI, or license key outside your organization.

Payments are processed by Polar, our merchant of record. Tax handling and payment processing follow Polar’s terms.

Refunds: if your license hasn’t been activated, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@bowlerkit.com. Activated licenses are non-refundable.

Your projects

You own the code in projects you generate with BowlerKit. You’re responsible for what you build with them — including compliance with App Store and Google Play guidelines, third-party SDK licenses (such as AdMob and RevenueCat), and the laws in the jurisdictions where you publish.

Acceptable use

Don’t use BowlerKit to build apps that:

  • are illegal or promote illegal activity;
  • infringe someone else’s intellectual property;
  • are designed to deceive app store reviewers, platform operators, or end users.

We can suspend or terminate licenses that violate this section. No refund will be issued for terminated licenses.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the site and CLI available, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change or discontinue features and will try to give notice of changes that materially affect you.

The mobile app templates are updated periodically — your generated projects won’t automatically receive upstream template changes. Template updates are included for one year from purchase and remain included while you hold an active BowlerLaunch subscription.

Disclaimer and liability

BowlerKit, including any AI-generated output during project scaffolding, is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI output can be inaccurate — you’re responsible for reviewing it before relying on it or publishing it. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or the generated code.

Changes to these terms

If we make a material change we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
